Bellevue, WA — April 14, 2026 — Launch Consulting, part of The Planet Group and an AI-first digital transformation consultancy, today announced the promotion of Jess Lampe to Global Lead Technologist. In this role, Lampe will also lead Launch’s newly formed Technology Council.
Since joining Launch in 2025, Lampe has quickly advanced within the organization, most recently serving as Technology Leader before stepping into this global leadership position. His rapid progression reflects both his technical expertise and his impact across client engagements. Lampe brings a diverse background spanning consulting, cloud, and software delivery. Prior to Launch, he held roles at Deloitte and Maven Wave, where he led complex technology initiatives and worked closely with enterprise clients to implement scalable solutions.
As Global Lead Technologist, Lampe will play a key role in strengthening Launch’s technology foundation as the company continues to evolve its AI-first consulting approach to help organizations make practical use of AI. He will focus on aligning technical expertise across teams and supporting consistency in how solutions are delivered to clients. In leading the Technology Council, he will help connect technologists across the organization and reinforce best practices across delivery.
