The World AI Cannes Festival (WAICF) returns to France from February 13-15, 2025! With over 10,000 attendees, 320 international speakers, and 250 sessions, WAICF is an extraordinary gathering of the world’s premier AI providers, industry leaders, and visionary startups, all dedicated to propelling business and humanity forward.
Over three days, the iconic Palais des Festivals of Cannes will transform into the global epicenter of AI, showcasing the most promising innovations, technologies, and use cases shaping the future.
This year, WAICF will spotlight four key industries at the heart of Launch Consulting’s expertise: Healthcare, Retail, Banking & Finance, and Manufacturing.
We’re excited to return to the festival, bringing our passion for AI to the forefront and exploring its transformative potential across these industries.
For the third consecutive year, Launch Consulting’s Chief Strategy Officer, Russ Whitman, will host the Neuron's Awards, which honor groundbreaking AI projects that drive positive global impact.

The Cannes Neurons Awards, a highlight of the World AI Cannes Festival, will be hosted for the third consecutive year by Launch CSO, Russ Whitman.
These awards celebrate innovative AI projects that benefit society, focusing on five key categories:
Banking & Finance Award: Recognizing AI innovations transforming the financial sector.
Manufacturing Award: Honoring advancements in AI that enhance manufacturing processes.
Retail Award: Celebrating AI applications revolutionizing the retail industry.
Healthcare Award: Highlighting AI solutions improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.
AI For Good Award: Acknowledging AI initiatives that bring meaningful and lasting societal transformations.
This year, the competition exclusively spotlights startups, celebrating young companies revolutionizing the AI sector. A jury of AI experts will evaluate submissions based on innovation, impact, and adherence to trusted AI principles. Finalists will present their projects, with winners selected through public electronic voting.
